Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and manage equipment rental and logistics for concerts and events.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing timetables for the operation staff.
- Handle applications for venue passes and various event permits.
- Update and maintain project records, tracking lists and simple reports using Excel and other internal tools.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required.
Requirements:
- DSE / Form 6 graduate or above
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Proficient in MS Microsoft (especially Excel & Word) and Google Sheets.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, responsible, and a good team player.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
