Technical Leadership/Support

i. PARTICIPATE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.

ii. EXPOSURE on developing and maintaining technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and

organizational goals, with minimum guidance.

ii. PREPARE technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.

Team Management

i. ABLE to perform as junior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.

ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.

iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TM, able to contribute in individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Continuous Improvement

i. PARTICIPATE to continuous improvement in CMMS practices by leveraging data analytics, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

ii. ASSIST senior team in opportunities for our Clients to enhance asset performance, reduce operational costs, and extend asset life.

iii. WITH GUIDANCE, PARTICIPATE in technical assessments and audits to ensure compliance with CMMS standards and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

ii. CONTRIBUTE with cross-regional teams to ensure CMMS project execution.

iii. INVOLVED on technical training and mentoring to engineering and operations staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Project Oversight

i.SUPPORT CMMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance objectives.

ii. PARTICIPATE in project reviews, providing expert input on technical feasibility, risk management, and resource allocation.

iii. ENSURE that CMMS projects are aligned with long-term asset management strategies and organizational goals.

Innovation and Technology Adoption

i. PARTICIPATE in upskilling and advancements in CMMS technologies and methodologies.

ii. SUPPORT on the implementation of innovative solutions, such as advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT, to enhance asset performance.

iii. SUPPORT IT and SME/SMO to develop and deploy digital tools and platforms for CMMS

Technical or Computer Science Degree

i. Minimum of 1 year of experience in CMMS implementations.

Knowledge

i. EXCELLENT understanding of CMMS implementation standards and best practices.

ii. FAMILIAR with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards, ASME (American

Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines pertaining CMMS

implementations.

iii. ABILITY to SUPPORT multi-site global CMMS implementation projects.

vi. ABILITY to work in an international environment.
