We are looking for disciplined and reliable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team at in Kulim, Kedah. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining high product quality, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols in a leading battery manufacturing facility.

Job Description:

• Efficiently operate production machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing of automotive batteries.
• Monitor and inspect products during the production process to ensure they meet the company's strict quality standards.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and factory safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Work comfortably within a designated cleanroom environment while wearing the required full jumpsuit/smock.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the assigned work area (5S practice).
• Perform rotating 12-hour shifts and support overtime (OT) requirements as scheduled by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Physical certificate must be presented during interview).
• Physically fit with good stamina to handle manufacturing operations and long standing hours.
• Willing and able to work a rotating shift system (4 days work, 2 days off) with hours from 7:30 AM–7:30 PM / 7:30 PM–7:30 AM.
• Highly disciplined, punctual, and willing to take on overtime (OT) when necessary.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
