We are looking for a careful and organized Finance Assistant (Data Entry & Documentation) to support our daily finance documentation and record management.
This role is not a full accountant position. The main focus is on accurate data entry, proper document filing, record completeness, and daily coordination for finance-related documents and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key in finance-related transactions and records accurately
- Prepare, organize, and file documents such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, bank statements, and supporting documents
- Ensure all records are complete, clear, and easy to trace
- Follow up with outlets, suppliers, or internal departments for incomplete documents
- Assist in checking basic transaction details before submission for review
- Maintain proper filing and document control
- Support daily finance/admin documentation tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Careful, organized, and able to handle repetitive work without careless mistakes
- Good attitude, teachable, and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and ask when unsure
- Able to work on-site in Temerloh
