About the Role

We are hiring a Payment Operations Executive to support daily fund processing, transaction monitoring, and reconciliation activities in a fast-paced digital payments environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing high-volume transactions with accuracy and discretion. If you have experience in payment handling, e-wallet operations, online banking, or transaction support, this will be a strong opportunity to grow in a structured operations setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily customer payment transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Monitor payment channels and merchant balances to ensure smooth fund flow
• Perform daily reconciliation and maintain accurate transaction records
• Identify and escalate suspicious or irregular transactions promptly
• Prepare regular transaction and fund movement reports for internal review
• Support payment system and wallet-related issue resolution
• Work closely with customer support and risk control teams to resolve transaction-related matters efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal finance and operational procedures

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Previous experience in payment operations, transaction processing, finance operations, reconciliation, or e-wallet/banking support is preferred
• Candidates with experience in high-volume digital transaction environments will have an added advantage
• Familiar with online payment methods, internet banking, and e-wallet workflows
• Good working knowledge of Excel and other standard office tools
• Careful, responsible, and able to handle sensitive financial information
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shift, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
