Key Responsibilities

• Perform packaging activities for server racks, sub-assemblies, server cabinets, and related components according to work instructions and packaging specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products are free from defects, damages, or missing parts before packaging.
• Apply labels, serial numbers, shipping marks, and customer-specific documentation accurately.
• Assemble packaging materials such as cartons, wooden crates, foam inserts, protective wraps, and pallets.
• Operate packaging equipment and tools safely, including stretch wrappers, strapping machines, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
• Verify product quantities and documentation against packing lists and shipping requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive electronic components following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures.
• Report packaging discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support inventory movement, material handling, and warehouse activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in packaging, production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of packaging processes and quality inspection.
• Ability to read work instructions, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Physically fit and able to lift products and packaging materials within safety limits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing and assembly environment.
• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules to meet production demands.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Forklift certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and ISO quality standards.
• Experience with export packaging and international shipping requirements.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
