Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Customer Care Officer - Normal Shifts

Location: Malaysia
DOJ: 15 June 2026
Shift: 9:00/10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to RM 4,500 + Allowances

Requirements:

• Mandarin & English (B2) proficiency
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–2 years of Life Insurance contact centre experience
• Banking/Insurance knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
