1. Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and product information.
2. Sales Order Processing
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
3. Documentation & Filing
- Maintain proper records of sales documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
4. Coordination with Internal Departments
- Coordinate with the sales team, production, and warehouse to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
5. Sales Data
- Update sales data in the system
6. Customer Database Management
- Maintain and update customer information in the system.
7. Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team such as preparing reports, schedules, and documents.
