They’re currently hiring for a System Engineer to join their Digital Platforms & GIS team. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, reliability, and support of application platforms, especially in production environments, and would be a great fit for someone who enjoys both operational and technical coordination
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor application systems and platform performance across development, staging, and production
Handle incident investigation, log analysis, and system troubleshooting
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to ensure SLA compliance
Prepare system and design documentation, including diagrams and SOPs
Support system deployment, change management, and preventive maintenance activities
Job Requirements:
Job Requirement
At least 1 year of relevant experience in systems/application support
Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers
Familiarity with middleware platforms and basic scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)
Comfortable working in on-prem and hybrid environments
Good documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
