Responsible for daily office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation; handling document organization, filing, and data management; answering phones, replying to emails, and front desk reception; assisting in meeting arrangements, including meeting room booking, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting minutes; responsible for office supply procurement and inventory management; assisting with basic administrative tasks in human resources and finance (such as expense reimbursement and invoice processing); coordinating internal departmental communication to support the team's daily operational needs; assisting in arranging company events or client reception matters.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
