Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for setup of unit process development for both new and refurbished tools to achieve cost target with high quality in timely manner.
• Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning and production ramp.
• Assessment of process changes and process change management
• Work with Process Integration for the Design of Experiments and analyze end results for device design.
• Benchmark and perform layers complexity analysis for both new and running technologies to achieve maximum production capability against benchmark.
• Supports unit process, material and equipment roadmap and strategy
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Education = Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Electronics; Material Engineering or Physics
• Working experience = preferably more than 3 years in related field (Implant Process)
• Able to engage on business travel for Technical Forum discussion, and short term OJT purposes if needed.
