Employment Type: Project-Based First Stage

This role will start on a project basis. Upon successful completion and good performance during the project stage, the candidate may be considered for a full-time permanent position with the company.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on technical person who can build, deploy, and maintain production-ready systems using AI-assisted coding tools. This role is suitable for someone who is fluent with tools like ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools, but still has strong technical judgment and coding logic. The person must know how to question AI output, identify when something feels wrong, and iterate quickly without ego. You will work closely with non-technical stakeholders to turn business requirements into working systems, automation workflows, AI agents, and reliable production features.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into production-ready features using AI-assisted coding tools
• Set up, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Manage version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, and deployment flow
• Maintain technical documentation, including system setup, deployment steps, architecture notes, and known issues
• Monitor production systems for uptime, availability, errors, and performance issues
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident improvements
• Develop and maintain AI agents, automations, and workflows that improve company operations
• Work with technical and non-technical team members to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Review AI-generated code critically and ensure it is secure, maintainable, and production-safe
• Improve development speed without sacrificing reliability

Requirements

• Fluent in using AI coding tools to build, debug, refactor, and document software
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals and coding logic
• Strong prompt engineering instincts, especially for breaking down complex technical tasks
• Hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD, cloud/server environments, deployment, logs, and monitoring tools
• Comfortable working with Git, branches, pull requests, and version control workflows
• Able to troubleshoot issues independently and know when to question AI-generated answers
• Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical topics to non-technical people
• Self-driven, high iteration speed, and quick to adapt based on feedback

Good to Have

• Experience with Python, FastAPI, Docker, Linux servers, APIs, databases, or workflow automation tools
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, agents, or automation systems
• Experience with production system monitoring, logs, error handling, and deployment safety
• Understanding of security, access control, backups, and safe production practices
