Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientation to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedure, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Support the implementation of the performance review process and guide the department head in conducting appraisal and managing employee performance.
- Organize and oversee the staff engagement activities and recognition program across the hotels.
- Oversee employee records, payroll processing, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations, addressing queries from all the staff and The Management.
- Support the Head of Talent & Quality in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and service standards.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to improve employee retention strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Talent & Quality to implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
- Act as the Head’s deputy during her absence and ensuring the continuity of HR operations.
Key requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
2. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience in the field of Hospitality / Food & Beverage is an added advantage
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
