岗位职责

Industry: Interior Design & Renovation

Job Scope:

Human Resource Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and overtime
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Handle staff claims and reimbursement
  • Assist in performance evaluation and confirmation process
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and company policies
  • Manage staff disciplinary matters when necessary

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration and documentation
  • Maintain filing system (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Manage office supplies and procurement
  • Liaise with external parties (accountant, auditor, bank, government agencies)
  • Assist in preparing reports for management
  • Support company events, meetings, and internal coordination

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR & Admin role
  • Familiar with Malaysian employment regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential matters

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
