Requirements:
Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
Monitor and coordinate the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project progress.
Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations, project quality standards, and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential safety or quality issues and address them promptly.
Maintain daily site logs, including work progress, material usage, and manpower allocation.
Assist in resolving site-related issues, including resource shortages, scheduling conflicts, or technical challenges.
Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials on-site to prevent delays.
Ensure proper use of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
Report progress and any issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager on a regular basis.
Ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to the company’s safety and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation and review of site documentation, including as-built drawings, site reports, and inspection records.
Manage site housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and safe.
