Education & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Failure Analysis (FA), troubleshooting, and product evaluation.
• Familiar with ERP systems and engineering documentation control.
• Knowledge of EMC standards is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience in Product FMEA and engineering change management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Descriptions

· Conduct product failure analysis (FA), investigate product defects, prepare NCR reports, and participate in monthly quality review meetings.

· Develop, revise, maintain, and control product-related documentation, including product specifications, inspection standards, material lists, packing specifications, process flow documents, and BOM records.

· Prepare and maintain specifications and technical documentation for outsourced manufacturing processes and suppliers.

· Create, update, and standardize Work Instructions (WI) based on headquarters/customer requirements and manufacturing process changes.

· Support new product introduction (NPI/DR3) activities, including documentation preparation, process flow establishment, specification conversion, and implementation support.

· Prepare, review, and update product cost estimations, including material, labor, and manufacturing cost analyses.

· Manage System BOM creation, updates, backups, and material or process change implementation.

· Maintain and update electrical testing databases and programs for HVIR, LCR, DXL, and related testing stations.

· Manage product labelling programs and ensure implementation of customer or headquarters updates.

· Perform product evaluations, validation testing, drop tests, packaging assessments, and prepare technical reports.

· Conduct material and product evaluation testing and provide engineering recommendations for improvements.

· Coordinate specification corrections and engineering change requests with headquarters and relevant departments.

· Monitor and support slow-moving product activities and inventory-related engineering actions.

• Conduct technical training and re-education programs for operators and production personnel on manufacturing processes, testing methods, equipment operation, and new product requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings related to new product development, quality issues, process improvements, 4M changes, production layout changes, customer complaints, and engineering projects.
• Prepare and issue engineering notifications, process updates, and document revisions.
• Support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, UL, TUV, and customer audits.
• Provide engineering support for special projects, improvement activities, and assignments requested by management.

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
