Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Manage project documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Assist with supplier, subcontractor, and procurement coordination.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project records.
- Support bookkeeping and financial administration activities.
- Assist with tender submissions, company registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Track project deadlines, follow up on outstanding actions, and provide status updates.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support management with administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication across all projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, construction, renovation, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with accounting software, project management tools, or bookkeeping is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
