Project Engineer (External Works / LTA Cycling Path Projects)

We are looking for a committed and capable Project Engineer to support our existing project and upcoming LTA Design and Construction of Cycling Path project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site technical and engineering-related matters
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, and site activities
• Assist in preparation of progress reports, claims, method statements, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) requirements and company safety standards
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and site coordination works
• Supervise and guide site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
• Resolve technical issues and propose practical and cost-saving engineering solutions
• Ensure timely completion of works within project schedule and budget

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA projects
• Proven experience in cycling path construction, commuter facilities, road works, or similar civil infrastructure projects
• Familiar with LTA specifications, procedures, and project coordination requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC will be an added advantage
• Strong technical, coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment

Working Details

• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Tuas Head Office / Project Site
