Assist engineers in executing all test-related activities for server and rack products in production


Support and implement PXE server configurations for various product setups


Perform and maintain run-in, burn-in, and power testing processes


Conduct testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting of production units; collaborate with process and test engineers to improve yield


Support different product configuration setups for testing and validation


Maintain accurate test records, tracking systems, and program masterlists


Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions (W/I) to ensure process standardization


Provide training to production staff and new hires on Work Instructions and test procedures


Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production ramp-up/mass runs


Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen activities


Contribute to ISO system implementation and maintenance to ensure compliance

Requirements


Basic knowledge/ understanding in servers, computers, and or PCBA
Knowledge in simple testing scripts and error code interpretation


Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and hardware debugging

Basic understanding of server architecture
Knowledge in using a multimeter



Additional Attributes


Comfortable working on a production floor (noisy, cold environment)
Capable of handling loads (15–30 kg) with assistance

Willing to work permanent day shifts or  night shifts
