Experience:
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, and API integrations. • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Indicators:
• Salesforce system uptime and performance.
• User adoption rate and satisfaction scores.
• Timely and successful completion of projects.
• Data accuracy and report reliability.
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
