Role Mission
As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage inbound leads from the moment a prospect expresses interest to the point they are qualified and routed to the right sales owner.
You will be responsible for keeping our pipeline clean, our CRM data accurate, and our response times sharp. Hong Kong will be your priority market from day one, with future coverage across other markets that we expand into.
What You Will Do
- Qualify, categorise, and route inbound leads to the correct market and sales owner
- Follow up with prospects within agreed response timelines
- Execute approved email and WhatsApp nurture sequences
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records across active markets
- Flag routing issues, ageing leads, data gaps, and process bottlenecks early
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, response time, funnel movement, and conversion trends
- Support process documentation, workflow improvements, and SDR playbook development as the function scales
What You Will Need
- Fluent Cantonese and English, to support our stakeholders and clients in Hong Kong
- 1 to 3 years of experience in high-volume inside sales, sales development, lead operations, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools and working with operational reports
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high-volume lead activity
Strong Advantage
- Experience in fintech, payments, B2B SaaS, marketplace, or high-volume transactional environments
- Familiarity with lead scoring, workflow automation, sales tech tools, or CRM workflows
- Experience supporting multi-market or multi-timezone operations
- Exposure to inbound lead qualification, sales pipeline management, or merchant acquisition
Shift Expectations
- This is a rotating shift role and will include weekend coverage.
