What You’ll Be Doing?

Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and security facilities.

Manage and support daily operations of systems, networks, and end-users.

Support and coordinate various audits of IT infrastructure, such as ISO 27001 audits, quality audits, fixed asset audits, internal audits, etc.

Monitor and assist in troubleshooting server failures, conduct performance reviews and adjustments for both cloud and data center environments.

Address any IT infrastructure incidents.

Assist users in IT system, infrastructure, and security-related management projects.
What We’re Looking For?

Higher diploma / associate’s degree / bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT-related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years' of working experience in IT infrastructure, IT support, or other related roles.

Bonus points if you've worked with cloud technologies.

A solid understanding of Linux servers, VMWare, routers, switches, and firewalls .

Extra bonus if you have experience with Kubernetes and containers .

Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and organizational skills.
