We are looking for a motivated IT / Computer Science Intern to support our daily IT operations, system maintenance, and internal IT projects. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in hands-on IT support, system administration, and IT operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily IT support to users, including laptop, software, and basic troubleshooting issues.
• Assist in Microsoft 365 and ERP system maintenance, user support, and basic system management.
• Support IT projects, system operations, and preparation of IT documentation.
• Assist in software installation, configuration, and deployment.
• Support server management tasks, including system health monitoring and basic maintenance.
• Assist in managing IT asset inventory, including laptops, devices, software licenses, and IT records.

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, or system support.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 will be an advantage.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and able to support users in a professional manner.
• Willing to work in Sri Petaling (next to Endah Parade & walking distance to Bukit Jalil LRT Station)
