Location: KL, On Site About the Role This is a critical technical position responsible for managing and advancing the organisation's end-user computing environment, identity and access services, mobile device infrastructure, and automation capabilities within a highly regulated financial services setting. The successful candidate will ensure endpoints and identity systems are secure, compliant, efficient, and increasingly automated to support a growing regional workforce. What You Will Do
Deliver advanced technical support (Level 2/3) for enterprise desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device environments across multiple operating systems including MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android
Oversee the complete endpoint lifecycle from provisioning, imaging, and patch management through to upgrades, replacements, and secure decommissioning
Administer and maintain directory services and identity provider platforms to ensure reliable, secure authentication and authorisation across the organisation
Execute user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications in adherence to least-privilege and segregation-of-duty principles
Manage and optimise the mobile device management infrastructure, including device enrollment workflows, compliance enforcement, security baselines, and application lifecycle management
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows using tools such as Bash and Python to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and enhance operational efficiency
Integrate automation solutions with IT service management platforms to streamline request fulfilment, approvals, and routine operational tasks
Maintain accurate records of assets, configurations, runbooks, and standard operating procedures to support audit readiness
Participate actively in incident resolution, change management, internal audits, and external regulatory reviews
What You Need to Succeed
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in end-user computing, desktop engineering, or endpoint support roles
Demonstrated proficiency in administering identity and access management platforms and directory services
Solid hands-on experience supporting enterprise endpoint ecosystems in a structured, security-focused environment
Proven capability in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or equivalent languages
Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline EUC workflows and reduce manual intervention
Working knowledge of operating in regulated, audit-intensive, or financial services environments
