岗位职责

  • Taking off of quantities for building works
  • To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.
  • Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations and final account, etc.
  • To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients
  • To prepare shopdrawings, master programme, method statements and tender interview documents
  • To maintain proper tender and project documentation
  • To handle other assigned duties as required

Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proactive and well organized
  • Advanced AutoCad knowledge is required
  • MS Projects knowledge is advantageous
