岗位职责

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Lead and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff, monitoring their performance and productivity.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role is required.
  • Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, summarizing project status and any challenges faced.
