Job Description: 

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products.


- Recommend frames, lenses, and optical solutions based on customers' needs and preferences.


- Handle sales transactions, cashiering, and daily store operations.


- Perform frame adjustments, basic eyewear fitting, and after-sales support.


- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.


- Manage inventory replenishment and stock checks.


- Achieve sales targets while building strong customer relationships.


- Address customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
