• Prepare and organize delivery documentation for import shipments handover
• Submit CMD documentation for import customs clearance in a timely manner
• Track and monitor inbound shipments, identifying potential delays
• Liaise with the customs clearance team to expedite cargo release
• Assist with physical inspection and survey of cargo to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
