Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Financial Services
• Position Title: Admin Executive (FAR Admin)
• Working Location: Bugis
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for RNF representatives and ensure all internal and regulatory requirements are completed.
• Support compliance with MAS RNF requirements, including representative suitability assessments, monitoring, screening, and annual declarations.
• Review, assess, and escalate representative suitability cases in line with MAS RNF requirements and internal procedures.
• Handle representative-related administrative matters, including transfer administration and representative code management.
• Support the planning and coordination of company events and initiatives.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives when required.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with MAS guidelines, including RNF and other regulatory requirements, is preferred.
• Experience in representative suitability assessments and monitoring processes will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
