Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer PO processing and Work Order issuance.
• Liaise with HQ/account holder on delivery schedule, pull in / push out requests.
• Review material status, pull in and push out activities, and liaise with Singapore counterparts.
• Review end customer OOR and perform re-scheduling and updates within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate with production on finished goods (FG) completion and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow up on material shortages, NMR, MR, incoming materials, and affected orders.
• Follow up on customer requests related to rework, NMR, EC, and DN implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Diploma and above.
• Experience in using MRP systems.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the Pontian area.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
