Sales Coordinator - Ulu Tiram
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to help achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, proposals, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update accurate customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
- Coordinate communication between sales reps, customers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, operations, finance).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and provide updates on delivery status.
- Track pending orders, payments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for management review.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and preparation for sales meetings.
- Help organise and coordinate sales campaigns, client events, and product launches as required.
- Maintain high levels of organisation, paperwork, and documentation accuracy.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (especially in technology or B2B environment).
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
