• Responsible for daily accounting and financial data entry.

• Assist in processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment records.

• Assist with bank reconciliation and fund record management.

• Organize and archive financial documents, contracts, and related materials.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly financial reports.

• Cooperate with auditing, tax filing, and financial compliance work.

• Assist in processing employee expense reimbursements and expense review.

*

• Complete other financial and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,595.69 per month
