It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.

We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!

  • Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Lobby Lounge
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts (including afternoon tea, cocktails, etc.)
  • Supervise and lead service staff, including training, scheduling, and task delegation
  • Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience in line with Shangri-La’s brand
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly
  • Monitor lounge setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality food and beverage service
  • Support in managing inventory, stock levels, and requisitions
  • Assist in sales promotions, upselling, and achieving revenue targets
  • Maintain daily reports and support administrative tasks such as duty rosters and staff briefings
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, local regulations)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel lounge/bar
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
