To be eligible for the MODEC Associate Engineer Program, candidates must:
- Passionate about contributing and making a difference in the energy industry
- Passionate about learning
- Open to constant change
- Willing to challenge the status quo
- Must have received their final Engineering Degree results with First Class or Second Upper Class between October 2025 and September 2026 to be eligible to apply
