Job Summary

An Operations Executive is responsible for monitoring and planning the operation schedule in ensuring smooth vessel operations throughout the fleet.

• Receive and allocating job orders to Cargo Officer.
• Timely liasing with agents and manage bunkers and terminal loadings.
• Maintaining an organized filing system, managing records, and updating databases.
• Planning the job schedule for smooth operations of the fleet on daily basis.
• Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.

Overall, an Operations Executive should be able to multitask, work independently, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This role plays a crucial role in the safe and smooth functioning of the operations department.
