Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials and documentation
- Organise and prioritise tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Calling and following up with Director's client.
- Customer service and policy admin work
- Other ad-hoc duties delegated by in-charge
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite and Canva
- Organised
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
