Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radio Frequency Test Engineer role based in Singapore. The Radio Frequency Test Engineer will set up, calibrate, and operate RF test equipment to evaluate the performance of EMI shielding, absorbing, and related electronic materials and components. Responsibilities include planning and executing RF test procedures, analyzing test data from network and spectrum analyzers, and documenting results in clear technical reports. The role will collaborate with design, applications, and production teams to troubleshoot RF issues, validate product performance, and support customer requirements. The engineer will also maintain test setups, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies and workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in RF Test and Test Engineering, including hands-on experience with RF measurements and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using RF Test Equipment such as Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers for characterization and verification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of EMI/EMC principles, RF propagation, and basic signal integrity concepts; experience with materials or components testing is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret schematics, test specifications, and technical standards, and to translate test outcomes into clear recommendations.
• Proficient in data analysis and documentation using tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or similar; familiarity with automated test setups is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; experience working with manufacturing or customer-facing technical support is a plus.
