·      Monitor, planning & supervise settingup of precast yard.

·      Monitor & supervise erection of gantrycranes at precast yard.

·      Mould grouping and setting up of moulds.

·      Coordinate with precast yard on technicaldetails assistance.

·      Coordinate with M&E team/sub -contractors on cast-in items & openings.

·      Preparing the schedule for production basedon site's delivery requirement.

·      Monitor production & quality control ofprecast components such Cell Walls, Beams, Staircase, etc.

·      Checking Precast Facades reinforcement,cast in items and connection details prior to casting.

·      Production of Precast Facades &assisting installation team during installation.

·      Planning and scheduling of site works.

·      Directed all necessary day to day Siteactivities.

·      Monitoring work progress, administration ofall site works.

·      Quality analysis and control of works.

·      Inspection, liaise & coordinate withQPS team.

·      Supervise construction of building work.

·      Checking reinforcement of slab, beams &columns prior to joint inspection with clerk of works.

·      Coordinating with precast suppliers &joint inspection at yard with QPS team.
