Shift: 12-Hour Rotational Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and dedicated GSOC Operator to perform integral roles in daily operations and act as a liaison between the Physical Security Department and relevant stakeholders on a global basis.

•⁠ ⁠Answer routine and emergency alarm calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire, door, and duress alarms

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and enhance security and safety while supporting all client-specific operational tasks

•⁠ ⁠Conduct investigations and analysis on internal and external incidents

•⁠ ⁠Dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, Local Emergency Services, and EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio

•⁠ ⁠Gather and manage information and intelligence regarding domestic and international events that may impact the Client

•⁠ ⁠Communicate and disseminate information to key partners using established communication vehicles and best practices

•⁠ ⁠Escalate complaints and unusual or critical event information without delay

•⁠ ⁠Perform confidential duties related to shipping, logistics, inventory management, and various technical tasks to support the wider business

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of experience in an operational physical security role

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a Control Room environment is essential

•⁠ ⁠Advanced computer skills and proficiency, including Microsoft Office

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•⁠ ⁠High ethical standards with a proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with judgment, discretion, and diplomacy

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with the ability to work under little to no direct supervision

•⁠ ⁠A strong customer service focus and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

•⁠ ⁠Ability to think through problems for logical solutions and remain calm, professional, and decisive under stress

•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and maintain strong decision-making capabilities during both crisis and non-crisis situations

•⁠ ⁠Must be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in global security risks

•⁠ ⁠Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
