Job Title: Mobile Device / MDM Engineer
Monthly Salary: $7,500 – $9,800 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage mobile device management platforms (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar)
• Configure and enforce MAM (Mobile Application Management) and MDM policies for iOS and Android
• Manage device enrolment processes (Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, Samsung Knox)
• Implement conditional access policies for mobile devices
• Manage BYOD posture and compliance requirements
• Configure VPN, Wi-Fi, and email profiles on managed devices
• Manage application deployment and updates to mobile devices
• Enforce security policies including passcode, encryption, and jailbreak/root detection
• Support mobile device troubleshooting (email sync, app crashes, connectivity)
• Generate compliance reports for audit and security teams
• Evaluate new MDM features and security capabilities
• Provide end-user guidance for mobile device setup and usage

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile device management
• Deep knowledge of Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise
• Experience with conditional access policies in Azure AD
• Understanding of mobile threat defense solutions
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar preferred
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Graph API for automation
• Strong understanding of mobile security frameworks
• Experience with Samsung Knox and OEM-specific features
