Basic information: 

• Monday - Friday 8.30am-6pm
• Basic up to $2,500
• Location: East

Job Scope: 

• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, documentation, and record management.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Track staff certifications, training schedules, entry passes, and ensure timely renewals.
• Administer leave, medical leave, and employee claims.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR administrative support.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and travel insurance.
• Support managers with ad-hoc administrative duties, procurement, event coordination, and employee welfare arrangements.

Additional Information: 

• Nitec in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least internship of HR experience
