• Position : Operations Admin Assistant
• Location : Tai Seng
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Flexi Benefit (Medical/Dental/Health Screening/Purchase of Eyewear)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations in Xero based on email enquiries and customer requests
• Coordinate daily schedules via Google Calendar and prepare related documents
• Generate daily reports and maintain accurate Excel records
• Support month-end billing and general administrative duties
• Assist with examination certification renewals via the MOM system
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Send documents to customers accurately and on time
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely document delivery
• Maintain proper filing and record management in the shared drive
• Support process improvement initiatives and provide team coverage when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic AI tools
• Strong Excel skills preferred
