  • Able to work long working hours
  • Site Project Management
  • Able to read Construction Drawing and prepare Bar Bending Schedules
  • Able to propose / modify Construction Drawing
  • Management of construction workers both at factory and on site
  • Able to take pressure from site
  • Improve productivity without compromise to Safety and Quality
