• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on order status and project timelines
• Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues
• Coordinate material availability, manpower allocation, and delivery arrangements
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare production reports
• Ensure projects are completed according to customer requirements and deadlines
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years experience in related job scope
• Proficient in MS Office
• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri, 830am - 6pm)
• Location: Ubi
• Salary: Up to $3000
