Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to review project progress and ensure work quality complies with approved design specifications.
• Prepare design documentation including floor plans, elevations, and detailed specifications for effective communication with clients and contractors.
• Supervise the final styling, setup, and decoration process to ensure the completed project reflects the intended design concept.
• Stay updated with current interior design trends and incorporate suitable ideas into projects where appropriate.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts, considering traffic flow, furniture arrangement, and space usability.
• Select suitable materials, furniture, fixtures, and décor items that complement the overall design concept.
• Prepare project cost estimations, manage budgets, and monitor expenses to maintain financial control.
• Create project schedules and timelines to ensure smooth coordination and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in interior design or related industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in design software and presentation tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
