• Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.
• Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
• Plating and presenting meal items under the supervision by superior.
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers with adheres to sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
• Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
• The ability to work under pressure especially during peak time.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
