Key ResponsibilitiesSite Operations

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Monitor work progress against project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or delays.

Workforce Management

• Assign tasks and supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
• Provide guidance and technical support to site personnel.
• Ensure adequate manpower and resources are available for planned activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
