Key Responsibilities:

• Assisted clients with trading-related enquiries, account matters, T+3 positions, and provided support through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
• Supported daily operational activities, monitored market updates, and shared relevant market information to enhance client engagement and business opportunities.
• Developed practical knowledge of trading platforms, technical and fundamental analysis, and risk management by analyzing market data and monitoring clients' portfolios and risk exposure.

Requirements:

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
