Job description

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: To oversee quality, technical, and engineering functions within the organization, ensuring high product standards, efficient processes, and reliable operations while supporting continuous improvement and business objectives.
• Key Accountabilities:
• To oversee quality assurance to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• To lead technical development and process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• To manage plant engineering and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
• To handle customer and supplier quality issues, including audits and corrective actions
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives.
• To drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, cost, and overall performance.
• To do documentation and reporting, present monthly reports to senior management.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Automotive Management
• Professional Experience:
• Preferable with Automotive Manufacturing working experience.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance or Technical.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 Quality System, familiar with Automotive Industry.
