KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Operations (Outlet-Based)
- Track daily attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and shift changes for outlet staff
- Process leave forms, medical claims, and staff incident reports
- Assist with onboarding new hires (uniform, locker assignment, basic briefing)
- Maintain employee files and update HR records
- Support supervisors on disciplinary notices and staff movement
Operations Ground Admin
- Prepare and file daily operations checklists (opening/closing, cleaning, temperature logs)
- Manage on-ground operational documents: delivery orders, waste disposal records, pest control logs
- Coordinate with operations team on permit renewals (e.g., license displays, health inspections)
- Maintain ground equipment logs (forklift checks, chiller temperature forms)
- Assist operations supervisor with stock take admin (print labels, tally sheets, variance reports)
- Handle real-time admin requests from department heads (fresh, dry, frozen, non-food)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or SPM with 1–2 years experience in retail/hypermarket/warehouse operations admin or HR support
- Willing to work on the outlet floor, not just back office
- Comfortable with physical movement and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and basic paperwork systems
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work 6 days per week (including weekends)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
